RC spray fast setting rubber asphalt is a kind of polymer O/W latex rubber asphalt emulsion. Water is the continuous phase, asphalt is the base material, and polymer rubber emulsion is the modifier. The material (material A) is used by spraying process, and (material B) is demulsifier. Material A and material B are atomized under pressure in the two nozzle of the spray gun respectively. The surface of the object sprayed before the spray gun is about 400mm cross-mixed, the two components are demulsified at the same time, and the film is immediately formed, and the water is quickly released to form a new ecological and environmental protection multi-functional protective layer on the surface of the object.

Base treatment → coating waterproof layer construction → follow-up construction
3. Key points of construction:
Base treatment: the base must be firm and solid, the surface is smooth, dry, no sand, floating pulp and obvious water stains. Yang Angle wipe into a solid arc. Thoroughly remove debris, dust and oil before coating construction.
Coating waterproof layer construction: the use of two-component spraying special equipment spraying, should be layered and divided brush, cross cross spraying, thickness spraying to meet the design requirements. The next step of construction can be carried out after the general interval of 0.5h (depending on the ambient temperature).
